CGI is looking for a quality assurance analyst to participate in diversified projects within multidisciplinary teams using the Agile methodology. High-level challenges and a stimulating career await you, are you ready?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Here, as a quality assurance analyst, is the course of a typical day:
- Evaluate and improve the test cycles in place (especially towards continuous test cycles)
- Promote the importance of quality
- Plan the work to be done by actively participating in different meetings;
- Evaluate and confirm quality criteria at a company, project or client level
- Know how to write test strategies at the enterprise level as well as the product level
- Analyze functional requirement documents;
- Design test plans and test scenarios based on requirements;
- Create and execute test cases following the test process and approach, then update the test results in the indicated test management tool;
- Record defects in the defect management tool by providing a clear description and following the established process;
- Ability to make different reports for different levels of interlocutors
- Respect good practices as well as established standards and procedures;
- Create an environment where we enjoy working together.
QUALITIES REQUIRED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- CGI is looking for a QA Analyst who:
- Good analytical skills and strong oral and written communication skills in french and english;
- Curious and questioning spirit, attention to detail and tenacity;
- Good knowledge of the latest trends in software release processes and different testing methods;
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time;
- Knowledge of major test management tools;
- Want to learn, be creative, innovative and want to progress;
- Participates in the development of a company of which we are proud.
