What You Will Be Doing
- As Quality Assurance Engineer, you will provide input on areas which require more coverage on Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications.
- Promote more efficient and effective QA practices which mean that quality of output is improved.
- Conduct and/or participate in formal and informal test cases reviews.
- Develop and implement functional tests and regression tests.
- Maintain test documentation and test cases.
- Help define and roll out improvements to testing and quality processes across both a tech team and wider company.
- Work towards more efficient ways of testing using the optimum tools/methodologies.
Essential
What we are looking for from you:
- SQL server knowledge
- Test case management experience
- Strong reasoning techniques
- Selenium Webdriver and page object design pattern (for automation testing)
Desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of large-scale web applications
- Project management and issue tracking tool experience: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Xray, TestRail, MS Office package
- ISTQB Foundation qualification
- Development credentials – Python, CSS, HTML
