Position: Quality Assurance Engineer

What You’ll Do At Insight

Design and develop test plans, test cases and test automation framework
Execute, maintain, and update current automation scripts
Perform functional, regression testing, support UAT, Pre-Go Live&Go-Live testing
Analyze tests results and work with Developers and Engineers to perform bug fixes
Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written forms
Control and manage own daily testing activities
Organize and maintain the test script library
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

What You’ll Need To Join Insight

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment
1-2 years of experience as an Automation Tester, Selenium Web Driver, Test NG, Core Java, JavaScript, Jenkins, Maven Build scripts and UFT
Knowledgeable in Selenium, build automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable tests
Must have hands on experience in Core Java and Collections with Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming concepts
Experience in Data-driven keyword driven framework concepts, data parameterization
Must have experience with Java and IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse development
Hands on experience in writing xpath for finding any element on a web page
Hands on experience in data management, error handling, logging, and debugging
Enable automation in testing in the context of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD), system testing and test automation
SQL knowledge and ability to execute basic queries is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, plan and execute a goal
Must be willing to work night shift schedule
Experience and knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a plus
