We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Analyst to join our team in Jaipur. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and analysis. Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and execute test cases and test scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand the project scope and ensure testing aligns with project objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of test results and provide timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and document defects and track their progress through defect tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance processes and methodologies to improve overall software development efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance testing strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by providing feedback and suggestions for process optimization.

Requirements:

  • M. Tech/ B. Tech/ BCA/ BE/ MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of defect tracking systems and experience in defect management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate testing activities and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from 1.5 to 3.6 LPA, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
