Position: QA Tester
Experience: 2 years
Nfolks Data Solutions, a leading data solutions company, is currently seeking talented individuals for the position of QA Tester. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in QA or testing roles and are interested in joining our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
- Participate in requirements analysis and review to ensure testability and contribute to the creation of acceptance criteria.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of software releases.
- Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to streamline testing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to software testing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA or testing roles.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and experience in logging and tracking defects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
