Position: QA Software Tester (Manual + Automation)

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Job Description

Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans covering both manual and automated testing scenarios.
Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets quality standards.
Utilize both manual and automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Perform manual testing of software features, functionalities, and user interfaces.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression, integration, and performance testing.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify issues and areas for improvement.
Document and track software defects using designated tools and methodologies.
Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues in a timely manner.
Verify bug fixes and ensure the successful resolution of reported issues.
Maintain and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the software development life cycle.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines in software testing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams.
Effectively communicate testing progress, findings, and potential risks to stakeholders.
Participate in meetings and discussions related to project requirements and expectations.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA testing with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JIRA, etc.).
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
