Job Description
- Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in functionality, usability, and performance.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of quality software.
- Report and document identified defects with precision, providing clear steps for reproduction and necessary details for resolution.
- Participate actively in team meetings, providing insights and suggestions for improving testing processes and product quality.
- Continuously update testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, etc.).
