Job brief
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Good Experience in Backend testing, API testing and Non functional testing
- Experience in API (Application Programming Interface) testing & automation using Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman
- Solid experience in assessing the performance, scalability, and resiliency of large-scale web applications, APIs, and backend services with an understanding of multi-tiered and microservice architecture
- Experience in scripting using JavaScript and Java / Python for test automation
- Hands on experience with frameworks and tools like Mocha, Junit, TestNG, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
- Maintain or develop automation suites using open source tools.
- Experience in testing web applications/cloud solutions (multi-tier complex architecture solutions)
- Working knowledge of RDBMS to be able to write SQL for data validation & automation (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ORACLE etc.)
- Experience testing with containers, cloud, virtualization, and configuration management.
- Experience with security in service-oriented architectures and web services
- The ideal candidate must have hands on experience using Swagger Hub and Stoplight, as well as experience
- Experience in penetration testing and exploitability-focused vulnerability assessment
- Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the Performance testing and monitoring tools (JMeter, HP LoadRunner, Gatling)
- Understanding of various performance metrics (CPU, Memory, Disk, and Network)
- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong self-driven collaborator with the ability to work in diverse teams as a contributing member
