Position: QA Engineer-QCP

Job Description

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
Good experience in Functional Testing, Black-Box testing, Regression testing, Smoke testing and Ad-hoc testing.
Must have Automation experience using Selenium Web-driver & Experience in Designing and executing the automation scripts using Selenium-WebDriver.
Should have prior exposure of BDD and Cucumber.
Strong coding skills in JAVA or Python.
Strong knowledge of TestNG.
Good experience in web applications and API testing.
Solid understanding of test process – Requirement analysis, test scenario design,
writing test cases, test data preparation and test execution, track defects and report results, Test Estimation.
Comfortable in understanding and writing non-trivial SQL queries. Understands RDBMS concepts (entity relationships, constraints, indexes, triggers etc).
Need to have good exposure in different types of testing like Web application.
Experience in test case and bug management tools.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadline individually or
as a team.
Knowledge of Unix commands.

Review functional requirement documentation and create detailed, comprehensive,
and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Participate in QA function of the web platforms, including Systems and Integration
Testing, Regression Testing, Performance and Load Testing.
