Role Description: We are seeking experienced and talented QA Engineers with a strong background in manual testing to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing. The role requires expertise in API testing, database testing, and functional testing. Experience in the healthcare domain is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual testing on various software applications and systems to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to cover all aspects of the software under test.
  • Perform API testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of the APIs.
  • Conduct database testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in manual testing techniques and tools.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on manual testing.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in API testing, database testing, and functional testing.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
  • Experience working in the healthcare domain is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) & (4.00 pm to 1.00 am).
  • Graduation or post-graduation in any relevant field.
