Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building Test Automation Competency: Develop expertise in test automation to enhance our testing capabilities.
  2. Developing Automation Frameworks: Create and maintain automation frameworks to support efficient and scalable testing.
  3. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that testing aligns with their expectations.
  4. Developing Reusable Test Assets: Build and maintain a library of reusable test assets, including automated scripts, test framework components, and test data.
  5. Hands-on Development: Engage in hands-on development using good object-oriented design principles and domain modeling.
  6. Managing Test Assets: Take ownership of a complex set of automated test assets, including scripts, framework components, test data, and test servers.
  7. Technical Assistance and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other QA Analysts, particularly in the area of automation skills.
  8. Automated Test Strategies: Develop and design automated test strategies for functional, non-functional, and performance testing to improve testing coverage and reduce testing cycle times.
  9. Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Proficiency in test automation and framework development.
  • Strong object-oriented design and development skills.
  • Client interaction and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and maintain a complex set of automated test assets.
  • Experience with automated test strategies for functional, non-functional, and performance testing.
