Position: QA Engineer

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with database developers to enhance data collection and storage procedures and prepare data analysis reports
- Perform data profiling on large data sets to determine data quality and integrity
- Run data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as clean out data
- Gather data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends
- Report data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs
- Test reports dashboards in Tableau
- Test different layers of Data Warehousing and ETL
- Document processes and maintain data records
- Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, test automation scripts, and report defects
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data quality analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL), Visual Query language, and ETL
- Experience in business intelligence testing in various reports using Tableau
- Proficiency in using one or more data profiling tools
- Superb comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of best practices in data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of AWS
- Ability to influence and collaborate across the organization at all levels to drive results
- Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships

- Understand the landscape of the IT system architecture and integrations
- Define test plan, identify test scenario, and test automation
After About a Year, You Will…
- Be an independent contributor to Business Intelligence and its downstream systems
- Become a subject matter expert on key IT integration Services using the Boomi platform
- Own your functional areas and integrations
