As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. Your expertise in SQL and Salesforce will be invaluable for data validation and testing. Here are the detailed responsibilities of the role:

- Test Automation: Utilize your expertise in Java and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Functional Testing: Conduct functional testing to verify that software applications meet specified requirements.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not introduce defects into the existing software.
- SQL Proficiency: Use your SQL skills to create and execute SQL queries for data validation and database testing.
- Salesforce Testing: Apply your knowledge of Salesforce to test and validate Salesforce-related functionality.
- Test Planning: Participate in test planning and strategy development to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Defect Identification: Identify, document, and report defects with clear and concise descriptions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure that testing aligns with development efforts.
- Test Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium for test automation.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and database testing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce for testing Salesforce-related functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with functional testing and regression testing.
- Ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
