Position: QA Analyst

Responsibilities:
As a QA Analyst at IQVIA, you will be responsible for the following:
Quality Assurance:
- Participate in the testing of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Understand project requirements and design test cases accordingly.
- Execute test cases and document test results.
- Identify and report defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Test Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the project team to define test objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
- Identify test data and environment requirements.
- Prioritize and organize test cases for effective test coverage.
- Ensure test execution adheres to defined timelines and milestones.
Test Automation:
- Collaborate with the automation team to identify suitable test cases for automation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results for accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure effective integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Provide regular status updates on test progress and quality metrics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing activities, issues, and risks.
- Assist in the preparation of user manuals and training materials as required.
Requirements:
- Graduation or Post-graduation in BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/ME/MTech, with a specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Graduating in the year 2023 is a prerequisite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Understanding of SDLC and the testing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management systems.
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
