As a QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for reviewing specifications, developing test cases, executing tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Review Specifications: Review functional and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables.
- Test Requirement Identification: Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
- Test Case Development: Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts, including test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts.
- Test Plan Reviews: Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
- Quality Issue Identification: Identify potential quality issues as per defined processes and escalate them immediately to management.
- Validation: Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
- Defect Reporting: Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
- Test Planning: Create and execute comprehensive test plans, including positive and negative testing, functional testing, and regression tests.
- Innovative Testing: Test efficiently with innovative tools and automation.
- Regression Testing: Execute regression tests after production releases and perform post-implementation validations.
- Manual Testing: Conduct manual UI/API testing until automated test processes are in place.
- Team Management: Manage offshore QA Testers and collaborate effectively with them.
Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant QA technical experience, preferably in large enterprise or e-business systems.
- Web Application Testing: Experience with testing web applications in multiple browsers.
- iOS App Testing: Experience testing iOS Apps with both manual and automation tools.
- Test Case Development: Experience creating clear, concise, detail-oriented test plans/cases.
- Test Planning: Experience developing test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
- Agile Environment: Prior experience working in an Agile product development environment.
- Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools like Calabash or Appium is a plus.
- Quality Management: Familiarity with Quality Management Software and Processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of the software solutions being tested.
- Collaboration: Experience liaising with development, product owners, customer support, and other business stakeholders.
- Team Player: Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Experience working with offshore team members is a plus.
