Job Description
- As a Project manager in the provision and managing project schedule cost risk technology landscape and finance metrics to aid the Project control and monitoring
- Will work within a structured team environment while having some line management responsibilities
- Manage and deliver technically complex Project involving multiple stakeholders in a global delivery model
- Responsible for selecting the methodology that best aligns with the mission and vision of their assigned
- Project Determine or define the overall scope develop and or review estimates and assumptions
- Determine the overall project plan budget schedule and the staffing requirements for the program
- Define team member roles and expectations and ensure timely feedback Define critical success factors aligned to delivery milestones
- Manage and perform activities associated with forecasting and reporting
- Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined check points Review and hold overall accountability of the changes of requirements
- Risk Issue Financial Quality Escalation and stakeholder management
- Ensure that the project resources receive the required training and enablement to deliver Leverage project management standard tools processes procedures and best practices for successful delivery
