Job Description
- The HR Program intends to build a robust talent pipeline of versatile and well-rounded Human Resource Professionals.
- Creating the pipeline will be enabled through cross functional exposure in varied HR functions accompanied by Learning and Development interventions.
- It is 4-part program which includes an extensive on-boarding program, full-time role, mentorship and cross functional projects.
- The full time role will be in Centre of Excellence/Talent Acquisition /Learning and Development or as an HR Business Partner
- Associates will be assigned mentors from the HR Leadership team and will also be given cross functional assignments identified and sponsored by Capgemini HR Leaders.
- The Associates will undergo job rotations within different HR functions in every 24 months.
Primary Skill
- Develop a good understanding of key HR functions and business impact
- This role will require directly working with all the HR functional heads and support the Project Management Office for the India CHRO.
- Gain knowledge about processes and tools used for driving HR initiatives
- Ensure implementation and track progress of centrally and globally driven HR Programs and Projects
Secondary Skill
- Design project and business review presentations thoroughly and with an eye for detail
- Establish productive & credible relationships internally and externally
- Design programs on need basis, volunteer to take up projects
