What You Will Do
- Development of ATE test programs and hardware.
- Responsible for the quality of the test h/w and s/w.
- Responsible for the introduction and release of the testing at production.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining high production yield.
- Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.
- Responsible for the product test strategy for new products and cost downs.
- Responsible to provide NPR input (test costs & NRE).
What You Will Need
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics
- Product development and production deployment experience with ETS88, ETS364, J750, V93K. Knowledge of other test platforms a plus.
- Work experience in multiple geographies a plus
- Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
- Have customer orientation and quality mindset
- Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approach
- Good verbal and written communication skills
