Job Description
Qualification and Skills
- IT Experience: Min 8 years+
- Salesforce Experience: Min. 5 years +, Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations (especially salesforce flows and other std configurations) and Customizations (APEX coding, triggers, classes, LWC framework, Lightening Aura framework etc)
- Strong experience in code reviews, salesforce best practice implementations, coaching and mentoring juniors
- Experience in supporting architect in salesforce discovery workshops with clients (to define scope and requirements)
- Strong and effective in communication. Should be well versed with onshore-offshore model and timings as core dev team will be at offshore
- Tech Lead Experience: Successful Implementation of 2-3 projects as a dedicated salesforce technical lead
- Complex Salesforce Development Experience is must
- Well versed with Integrations (Inbound, out bound interfaces, REST & SOAP APIs) to define enterprise solutions along with salesforce best practices
- Certifications needed: Admin, Dev I, Dev II, Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Nice to Have: Either of Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System’s architect
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Experience is Must preferrable on manufacturing domain (medical equipment)
- Industry Cloud – Manufacturing Cloud, health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service
- Experience on middleware – MuleSoft and DellBoomi will be additional advantage
