• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Tester in General Insurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
• Proficient in creating test plans, cases, and data sets.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration.

Skills:

Responsibilities:

• User Journey Mapping: Map the user journey for different user personas across our platform, identify gaps in customer experience and suggest improvements.
• Product testing: Manual testing of various products/features across our platform.
• Data Analysis: Analysis of various data logs, reports to identify variations, build hypothesis and validate via manual checks.
• Product Improvement: Use the knowledge gathered via user journeys, data, and testing to drive improvements in our products and improve key business metrics.
