Test Lead | Pune, India

8-10 years of experience in Software Testing.
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Electronic and Tele-Communication.
Domain Experience: Railway Domain.
Experience in leading and motivating test team(s) in a highly results oriented Agile model.
Proven experience in functional testing (both manual and automation) including:
Requirements understanding
Identifying Test scenarios and Creating test strategy.
Test planning, and execution
Implementation of test automation framework
Defect management
Reporting on testing outcome.
Test automation experience using some scripting language.
Manage test activities and test resources across multiple testing activities.
Experience working on different testing methodologies.
Ability to assess risks to schedule, and quality on project testing.
Understanding of the code versioning systems and static code analysis tools.
Excellent oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills
