About the job

Require an automation test lead with a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience.
The ideal candidate should have automation skills like Selenium with Python, CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS
Knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Katalon, etc.
Knowledge and hands on CI/CD.
Excellent experience in developing automation frameworks such as BDD, Data-Driven, Hybrid frameworks using multiple programming languages.
Good experience with different Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android)
Prior experience in leading a team is a must.
Experience in end-to-end project/product management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with dev, QA teams and bridge the communication gaps.
Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes.
Willingness to share relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
Experience of working in an Agile environment is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
