Key Responsibilities
- Write test scripts based on test plan covering all phases of testing
- Review test plan and test cases with QA Lead and/or Business Analyst
- Execute functional, Integration and regression test cases
- Identify and record Defects
- Provides support and retesting during User Acceptance testing
- Work collaboratively with the Project Teams
- Keep up to date with standards and requirements of software quality assurance best practices
- Create manual test cases for new features
Role Competency
- Ability to test in Agile Methodology
- Experience in testing web services and applications
- Inclination to learn technical testing
- Experience coordinating overall test efforts for internal/project team testing user acceptance testing (UAT)
- worked on Selenium is added advantages
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, .net, Java
- Proven working experience in Manual Testing Process for minimal 3 years.
Qualifications
The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech/B.SC degree in Information Technology.The candidate should have a work experience of 3-5 years.
