The Quality Assurance Engineer’s responsibility includes testing and validating Lexmark Support Web Site The Quality Assurance Engineer is part of an Agile Team and will participate in daily Standups, Demo and Collaboration meetings, coordinating with Business Analyst and Developers to determine what to test, when and how
Role/Responsibilities:
- Strong Written and verbal English Skills
- Experienced with Agile Methodology
- Experienced in User Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, UI Testing and API Testing
- QA Process management, team-handling, leading & associated SME activities
- Coordinate with teammates that are global (Cebu, Philippines; Kentucky, USA and Kolkata, India) using Chat, Phone, Virtual meetings
- Available at least during the hours of 7:00 AM to 10 AM EDT
- Review/Discuss requirements, Generate test Plan and Test Cases.
- Execute test cases and prepare defect reports
- Execute Weekly Regression test and other Ad-Hoc Test. Report and document issues and follow-up until complete disposition
- Cross-platform (OS / browser) testing as well as localization Testing in different locales
- Test Authoring Lexmark Support website in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Testing in PCs, Mac & hand-held devices (e.g. iPad, Cell Phones)
Experienced with Test Automation is a plus (but not required):
- Load Testing / JMeter
- Generate and Execute Test scripts
- API Testing
- Experience with Selenium, SOAPUI and Postman
- Analyze automated test results
- Maintain existing test Suites
