Qualification and Skills

Experience Required: 7 years+
High proficiency with Full Stack Application development in NodeJS development along with react.js or any other JavaScript technology.
Good working experience with Data Structure, Algorithms, Low Level Designing, Object-Oriented Design
An entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys moving quickly on new, green-field products.
A high bar when working with production systems.
The ability to stitch together many different services and processes together even if they have not worked with them before.
Ability to think about systems and services and write high quality code. We work mostly with React and Redux. However, frameworks can be learned: we care much more about your general engineering skill than knowledge of a particular framework.

Collaborate with engineering teams and product owners in India, US, EU, or any of our global locations
Build microservices on AWS that can be leveraged by multiple businesses with the full-stack developer mindset, development of front-end applications
Research better ways of working and help us to improve
Propose technical improvements
Participate in design meetings and code reviews
Work with your team and other technology teams in a cooperative environment to understand
What customers need and iterate on solutions, adapting to feedback from customer
