Key Roles And Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for repetitive tasks and processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to understand their processes and develop automation strategies.
Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems, ensuring their effective operation.
Conduct regular system tests to ensure performance and reliability.
Document all automation processes and keep them up to date.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations during the automation process.
Share your expertise and knowledge with team members and stakeholders, providing training and guidance on automation best practices.
Provide technical support and assistance for automation solutions in production environments, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise.
Integrate various technologies, systems, and platforms to create seamless end-to-end automation solutions.
Continuous learning mindset to keep up with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Certification in automation or related technologies.
