Job Description
- Provide UAT support for bi-weekly releases, bug fixes, projects, and business configuration changes in CRM and CPQ Applications.
- Develop Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Status Reports to drive UAT.
- Interact with cross functional groups to mitigate and resolve any defects and/or issues.
- Interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), User Stories, and manage business testing
- Drive testing completion, and improve quality
- Help Build out automation test suite (Secondary)

Qualification and Skills
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer/Analyst or supporting User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience in Enterprise Sales Operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales tools including CRM and CPQ applications, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Self-starter and eager to learn.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Experience with Callidus CPQ is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in RPA tools like UiPath, Intellibot, Automation Anywhere is a plus
- Experience working with wide variety of automated testing tools including Selenium, Programming Language – Java/ C#/ Dot Net, Unit Test Framework – MSTest/ NUnit/ TestNG/ Junit and other open source tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
