Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in the Software Development, software testing domain. Experience in Telecom, Billing and Roaming domain skills will be an additional advantage.
- Expertise in formal software testing methodologies Integration testing, Conformance testing, Module and Functional testing, Conduct document inspections & reviews, Scripting and automated software testing tools.
- Working technical experience with designing, building, installing, configuring, and supporting Unix servers and storage servers and management software
- 3+ years experience working with Mercury Test Director, QTP, and Performance Center, Load Runner testing tools.
- Responsible for dealing with International/Domestic Clients.
- The ability to build strategic relationships within the organization and with all levels.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Electronics or equivalent
- Hands-on Experience in Java and J2EE.
Knowledge Requirements
- Good knowledge of UNIX and SQL.
- Strong Backend and Front-end testing experience.
- Ability to communicate status updates to project team and management.
- Ability to work independently as well as Team.
- Good communication skills.
- Required Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients.
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written), detail orientation and familiarity with testing and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and error analysis skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Experience in working on RDBMS
- Experience in Design of Software modules
- Experience/ Knowledge of Messaging domain desirable and Telecom domain desirable
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Operating System concepts
- Experience in software design processes and methods
- Experience using a source code management tool.
