Job Description

Qualification and Skills

Experience: 3-5 Years
Basic knowledge of customer’s business processes.
Hands-on knowledge of relevant technology platform or product.
Able to prepare process maps, workflows, business cases, analyse current-state and define to-be processes with assistance from SME, present recommendations with tangible benefits, and apply industry standards and practices in implementation.
Can create simple business models in line with customer requirements.
Basic knowledge of processes and methodologies.
Able to prototype / design a prototype (under guidance) of an example system that can be demonstrated to stakeholders.
Can extract functional and non-functional requirements from business requirements and document a system / software requirements specification for low to medium complexity scenarios.

Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications using programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or other relevant technologies.
Creating technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and operational manuals, and providing regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Work with the Integration team to integrate external platforms via APIs/plug-ins.
Architect Integration platform to make sure efficient API calls.
Identifying and resolving software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues in a timely manner, and providing technical support as needed.
Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the software applications.
Analyze issues in order to troubleshoot potential problems and suggest solutions.
