Job Description

Qualification and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience
Top-tier software engineer with primary focus in Python, Java development and QA with proven proficiency in development for large integrated software solutions.
5+ Years of experience in various test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber , Appium , Pytest etc. is required
Strong knowledge of testing concepts including different staging environments with requirements traceability.
Experience with automation on Android platform – (adb , logcat).
Basic knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD methods , AWS / S3 (cloud).
Knowledge of databases like SQL.
Analytical approach and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaborative skills , spoken English and experience in multi cultural and multi-site working environment is a big plus

Design and develop automation scripts and streamline testing methodology with various test automation tools like JTF , Selenium, Cucumber , Appium , Pytest as needed.
Should have extensive experience in using languages like Python , Java , Javascript , C++ etc for Automation.
Should have experience with Android Automation.
Map the requirements, understand user acceptance criteria, and convert user stories into tangible test cases.
Automate different levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression, Acceptance, Performance) ; create and maintain test pipelines with tools like Jenkins / Gitlab
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, track software test results in relevant tools/databases like JIRA / confluence ; provide timely feedbacks
Maintain and improve automated test suites , Test plans , documentation to ensure quality of existing solutions and updates being applied to these solutions.
Assist team in troubleshooting issues that may arise during testing phase and in production phase.
Maintain and increase product code quality, while ensuring best engineering practices
