As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – Salesforce DU with Crowe, you will be an instrumental member of our Salesforce Delivery Unit project teams, helping to ensure that our solutions are fit for our client’s needs. You will work closely with our entire project team to review the overall functional and non-functional requirements, while keeping a user’s perspective in mind. This will include analyzing non-functional requirements and technical designs, translating functional requirements into test cases, and identifying defects, while driving them to resolution. - Work closely with our QA Lead, Salesforce Analysts, Development Team and Clients to develop test strategies and test plans
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing for assigned projects, including review and regression test problem resolution
- Analyze, define, and document issues and defects discovered during testing
- Review functional/operational requirements and design specifications, advising the team regarding requirements and design testability
- Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Salesforce Analysts and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities
- Coordinate efforts with Automation testing resources to determine which test cases and under what conditions automation will improve effectiveness and efficiency of testing
- Help to develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing
- Participate in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and practices, as needed
Experience & Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a QA capacity, required
- Minimum of 5+ years hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform or 5+ years in-depth knowledge of CRM equivalent, required
- Salesforce certification(s) highly preferred or willingness to achieve Salesforce Admin certification within first 3 months of employment
- Proven ability to create clear, concise, detail-oriented test plans and test cases
- Experience with implementing QA best practices and supporting processes
- Experience with automation testing
- Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes
- Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, meet deadlines, and stay composed under pressure is critical
- Passion for quality and process improvement
- Strong, dynamic communication skills – both written & verbal – with ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at any level of an organization (both client & prospect)
