Notice period - Immediate to 15 Days
We are inviting applications for the position of Manual testing.
The expertise we are looking for:
o Proven experience as a QA lead or similar role with 8-11 years of experience.
o Experience of managing multiple teams and projects.
o Good to have BFSI domain experience.
o Experience in QA methodology and software development process/tools.
o Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
o Good exposure of different test/defect management tools.
o Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
o Manage different test metrics and interpret them to management.
o Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
o Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
o Good presentation skills and people management.
o The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
o Responsible for leading assigned projects to ensure quality, timely delivery, People management. Expecting candidates to handle individual applications as well.
o Multiple Project handling, good exposure to Client interaction, a good decision-maker. It would be dual role Lead + IC.
