Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
✓ Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities as part of scrum.
✓ Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
✓ Monitor debugging process results.
✓ Maintaining detailed test documentation.
✓ Ensure timely project deliveries (milestones and deliverables)
✓ Document suggestions/ changes to improve the quality and product user experience
✓ Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
Must-Have:
✓ Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
✓ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies like functional, compatibility, regression,
✓ Performance and User Acceptance testing, tools and processes.
✓ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
✓ Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
✓ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
✓ Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
✓ Extensive experience on manual testing of Web- based, Window-based, Mobile-based applications.
✓ Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with Business analyst for project related queries.
✓ Able to work in aggressive timelines with end to end coordination with multiple groups (Dev, QA,UAT, other teams).
✓ Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum support/mentoring.
✓ Work from office – Hybrid mode (Bangalore)*
✓ Candidate’s current location should be Bangalore only!
