The opportunity:
This is a short-term opportunity for a test analyst to join the IT Team on a contract basis. The client has embarked on a major technology infrastructure project, an upgrade and re-engineering of their Customer Relationship Management system and Finance and Operations system. This system upgrade will enable the business to better service their clients and the service providers as they move from a Microsoft On-premises CRM to D365 Cloud CRM.
Key responsibilities:
- Writing Test cases and performing Functional and Integration testing of the D365 system.
- Working closely with the developers to coordinate and plan the deployments to test environment.
- Defining Acceptance criteria for user stories and getting a sign off from the business users.
- Coordinating with the actual system users to log system issues and creating defects in Azure DevOps.
- Giving a demo of the application to the Business users and capture their feedback
- Creating requirement traceability using Azure DevOps.
- Responsible for the overall quality of the system.
- Identifying bottlenecks/deficiencies in the process and working actively to improve the application quality.
- Experience with both manual and automation testing.
