Manual Testing:

STB Functional Testing:

• Work experience on testing Video apps on Android devices.
• Sound Knowledge on the different tools and methods used in android testing.
• Ability to understand the product and create test strategy to certify it.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in agile development environments.
• Ability to certify the video products by testing end to end from requirement gathering to deploying the product to production.
• Experience in automation of video products is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in testing android devices
• Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets like JIRA.
• Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD.
• Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL & SQL
• Verifying data with the use of any API Testing tools e.g Postman
• Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality.
• Experience in a cross-platform test environment (Windows/Linux/Mac).
