Job Description
- 8-10 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Electronic and Tele-Communication.
- Domain Experience: Railway Domain.
- Experience in leading and motivating test team(s) in a highly results oriented Agile model.
- Proven experience in functional testing (both manual and automation) including:
- Requirements understanding
- Identifying Test scenarios and Creating test strategy.
- Test planning, and execution
- Implementation of test automation framework
- Defect management
- Reporting on testing outcome.
- Test automation experience using some scripting language.
- Manage test activities and test resources across multiple testing activities.
- Experience working on different testing methodologies.
- Ability to assess risks to schedule, and quality on project testing.
- Understanding of the code versioning systems and static code analysis tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills
