Consulting & Banking Experience is a must for this role.
Test Lead (Mid- Level / 2 total – 1 per 2 workstreams)
- Point of contact with product owners
- Direct testing resources, assign testing responsibility, hold testing teams accountable / setting deliverables
- Understand and account for broader project deliverables as part of testing plans
- Ensure compliance with divisional testing standards and framework
- Escalate and report on testing outcomes
Tester (Junior / 4 total – 1 per workstream)
- Develop an understanding of the functional areas and related processes
- Define test scripts in conjunction with system/business requirements
- Manage execution of test scripts, identify, and analyze test failures
- Aide BU testing teams with test script clarification and troubleshooting of issues
- Conduct result trend analysis and identify systemic failures
- Escalate and report on testing outcomes
- Support various phases of testing life-cycle (QA, UAT)
