Position: QA Lead

We are looking for a Full-time QA Lead to join us on immediate basis. The position will be remote for next 6 months with a decision on location based on health & safety considerations after 6 months.
• Min exp 5 to 7 years of experience in Manual testing and
• Must be from Fintech/Banking/NBFC domain
• Experience as Test lead to provide technical & professional path to the testing team members in functional, system, performance and API testing
• Help define software requirements from the perspective of test and quality.
• Assist test engineers in troubleshoot/debug and help to resolve issues in automated scripts.
• Provide input to on the test estimations; plan resource needs, ensure effective task allocation, drive reviews and deliver on time
• Work closely with various stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good to have vendor management skills for QA activities
• Good to have test automation experience in web and mobile testing
Who you are?
QA Lead carries technical and management responsibilities for a group of test engineers; responsible for building test automation; segments of the planning, design, and execution of tests and is expected to provide professional & technical leadership for the group; raise risks, suggest mitigations and make decisions.
What you will do?
As a key member of the Engineering team, you will work closely with the Product and Technology leadership to bring your deep technology expertise to build the next generation of the Haqdarshak platform to meet the growing demands from our partners, customers and end users
• Maintain and enhance existing test plan & test cases and converting them in test scripts • Ensure quality of the development items and deliverables happen on time
• Estimation of test activities, and completion of the same in a timely manner
• Support project managers in planning and status reporting as needed
