Manual testing experience in CRM is mandatory
Role and Responsibilities
• Experience in CRM Testing & Zoho Creator
• Review design and user documentation, project specifications, and requirements
• Write & execute functional test cases and test steps based on product requirements
• Execute sanity, smoke, black box & white box, functional, and regression testing
• Perform error analysis and bug reporting
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Provide timely solutions, support, and documentation
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Escalate any issue that could appear in understanding the functionality of the application Preferred Skills
• Minimum two years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Hands-on experience in UAT, Agile, Regression, GUI Testing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills integrated with great communication skills
• Should have knowledge in SDLC, STLC, Data Analysis, Bug Tracking tools, Automation tools
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Should have worked on Waterfall, Agile, Spiral, Mantis, Jira, Telelogic
