Job Description
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough coverage of all aspects of the software.
Execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to identify software defects and functionality issues.
Conduct manual testing of web applications, mobile apps, and other software systems. - Document and report bugs, errors, and issues found during testing using designated tools.
Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
Verify bug fixes and ensure the resolution meets the required standards. - Maintain and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the software development life cycle.
Perform regression testing to guarantee the stability of existing features after modifications.
Ensure adherence to quality processes, standards, and guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers.
Communicate effectively to convey testing progress, findings, and potential risks.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. - Identify opportunities to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute ideas and strategies to improve testing processes and methodologies.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing.

Qualification and Skills
- Proven work experience as a QA Manual Tester or similar role in software development.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and techniques.

- Knowledge of defect tracking systems and test management tools.
