• Reviewing and analyzing system requirements/specifications
• Executing test cases (manual) and analyzing results
• Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
• Helping with troubleshooting issues
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
• An understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Working experience in software development and software quality assurance
