Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ROR Developer. As a Senior ROR Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails. You will lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and ensure the application code is scalable and maintainable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to ship high-quality features.

- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (ROR) programming language
- Experience in developing web applications using ROR and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of software design patterns and experience designing scalable applications
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience in using web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web servers such as Apache and Nginx
- Experience with Agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP is a plus
- Experience in mentoring and leading other developers is a plus
