Qualification and Skills
- Salesforce Mastery: 5+ years of experience with salesforce ecosystem either in a professional services setting or directly at customer sites as an implementer- must!
- Excellent communication skills in a global environment – must!

- Documentation and Best Practices: A commitment to documenting system configurations, customizations, and processes while staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing and documenting business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. This will involve exploring ways to streamline workflows and data management.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is at the core of this role. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Your ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is vital.
- Salesforce Expertise: Your deep technical knowledge will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You may also lead or contribute to Salesforce-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Technical Mastery: You’ll use your proven track record of crafting custom solutions and automations within Salesforce to enhance sales, marketing, and service operations. Your problem-solving skills will be integral in dissecting complex technical challenges and developing elegant solutions.
- Integration and Data Management: Designing and implementing data integration solutions to connect Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, or customer support platforms. Ensuring data quality and consistency by developing and enforcing data governance best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics: Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making. Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- User Training and Support: Providing training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform to meet their needs. Addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Documenting system configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices. Staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features to identify opportunities for enhancements.
