Job Description

• Develop Test Strategies: Design and implement effective test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate product functionality, usability, and performance.
• Manual Testing Expertise: Conduct thorough manual testing across various platforms, including web, mobile, and other relevant environments.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Test Automation Collaboration: Collaborate with automation engineers to transition manual test cases into automated tests for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Quality Assurance Processes: Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of QA processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide valuable insights during the development lifecycle.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues and prevent their impact on product quality and performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Provide comprehensive reports on testing activities and results to relevant stakeholders.
