- Conduct various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, API testing, integration testing, performance testing.
- Execute test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in the software.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Silk, Robotium Cypress, Appium) to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Document and report identified defects using a bug tracking system, providing detailed information on how to reproduce the issue.
- Ensure that the software is compatible with various operating systems, browsers, devices, and network environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test data, and test reports.
- Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated testing is executed as part of the development process.
- Provide feedback to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders on product quality and suggest improvements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggesting best practices and tools to enhance the overall quality assurance process.
- Ensure that software development and testing processes adhere to industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and quality issues early in the development cycle.
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, Silk, Robotium Cypress, Appium).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Good to have & knowledge in CI/CD, AWS
- Test Management tools like Jira, Test Link, TestRail, BugZilla.
- Working knowledge & Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
