- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Very good at Problem solving skills: Aptitude, Analytical skills
- Strong Knowledge of core data structures, algorithms & programming concepts and their application in real-world problems.
- 2+ years of experience in Software testing – Both Manual & Automation testing.
- Hands-on work experience in automation testing – UI & APIs.
- Good exposure in Selenium, TestNG framework OR Similar.
- Hands-on experience in Testing Web Service and API using any open source tools/ frameworks
- Hands-on in any Object Oriented programming language like Java / JavaScript / Python
- Software debugging, testing, and documentation.
- A good team member with whom others enjoy working
- An intelligent person who loves solving challenging problems
- A self-driven person that gets things done and sees tasks through to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of delivering a few competing priorities with little supervision.
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Knowledge of web technologies, including web services/REST, HTML5, web browsers, Object-oriented JavaScript,
- Knowledge of frameworks like React is a plus
- Knowledge of runtime platforms like NodeJs
- Experience in Popular automation frameworks (Selenium, Web driver etc.)
Responsibilities/Duties
- Design and develop new components for automation frameworks
- Ability to solve problems
- Candidate is expected to gain deep domain knowledge to provide suitable solutions for the products and platform
- Work closely with Platform & Delivery Engineering, Product Management, and Professional Services & Analytics teams
- Adapt to changes faster and ability to learn new technologies
