Responsibilities:

 Delivered convincing oral sales presentation to potential clients and investors.
 Researched luxury properties pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients.
 Effectively market the community through the development of a leads base and selling the community through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads.
 Assisting Buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site.
 Assisting buyers with the financing of their new home purchase.
 Able to handle work load, work as one team, taking quick decisions, can manage team, drawing conclusions.
 Maintain relationship with new and existing client for referrals.
 Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues, and provide solutions

Requirements:

 Experience between 5-8 in the Bangalore real estate space
 Exposure to handling HNI customers and closing sales of ticket sizes of 4Cr+

Salary Range – 1500000.00-1700000.00

Age Limit – 25-40 Years
Minimum Education – Graduation
