Job Requirements
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead with a passion for quality and who is willing to work from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility will be to monitor team to test/qualify new implementations as part of a cross functional team. QA are required to verify and validate Implementation requirements for new customers based on the gathered requirements and enhancements.
- Responsible for verifying that the Phenom platform complies with the requirements and that the various customer use-cases can be satisfactorily met by the software.
- Work closely with the QA team and document scope of work from the discovery workbook (Customer requirements) and execute test plans based on the Scope of work criteria, identify and capture bugs and related information in the bug tracking database(JIRA).
- Knowledge on test cases, test suite selection and execute all necessary testing activity required for a customer software release (negative and backward compatibility scenarios) per assignment, group objectives and product requirements.
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
- QA Lead should manage schedule of team projects and deliverables, seamlessly works with all key stakeholders to ensure delivery is never on the critical path.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience in using SOAP and REST Web Services .
- Programming skills are always a plus including coding, basic SQL knowledge to extract data for tests, XML , general web development skills, and web services.
- Consistently look out for areas of improvement in all areas of software product development and processes, champions implementation of identified best practices
- Good to have knowledge in Apache Nifi experience or any ETL based data integration tools.
- Good to have knowledge in Python and Test Automation (QA)
- Knowledge in automated tests and be able to Analyze and validate the Automation

Desired Experience
- 6+ years of QA Experience
- Software Development background strongly preferred
- Strong Software Testing and Management knowledge
- knowledge in building frameworks on top of the regular automation frameworks
- Must have knowledge on applications or products that required fast delivery
- Thorough understanding of the processes and adaptability for the same
- Good communication skills
