Role/ Key Responsibilities
- Project initiations and setup for new projects
- Understand customer processes & enable the projects to be compliant
- Process tailoring for projects
- Guide project Teams in implementation of agile practices.
- Support to team members on Project Management & Configuration Management Tools.
- Conduct project assessments / audits
- Support on org / Business unit level initiatives.
- Contribute to improvement of QMS using lessons learnt and best practices from the projects.
- Support in the Business Unit level Dashboards & MIS preparations.
- Project performance analysis and corrective actions
- Understanding and working knowledge of Jira tool; ISO 9001 ; Auditing ;CMMI.
