Job Description
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans covering both manual and automated testing scenarios.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets quality standards.
- Utilize both manual and automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Perform manual testing of software features, functionalities, and user interfaces.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Document and track software defects using designated tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues in a timely manner.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure the successful resolution of reported issues.
- Maintain and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the software development life cycle.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines in software testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams.
- Effectively communicate testing progress, findings, and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to project requirements and expectations.

Qualification and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA testing with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JIRA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
